Screening and Assessment
Screening Our staff will discuss our program over the phone and will ask a series of screening questions to determine whether we are the appropriate treatment facility for your needs. If the questionnaire identifies you as a candidate for our program, we will move forward with setting a date for assessment. If for some reason we are not appropriate for your needs our case management services will begin, we will work to refer you to the best fit organization for your needs.
Biopsychosocial and Spiritual Assessment Our clinical staff will work with you to determine your strengths, needs, abilities and goals for treatment through an in depth assessment designed to inform your individualized treatment plan.
